Sound Bath Information

 A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in the sounds of various instruments, like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to promote relaxation and well-being. It's essentially a sound bath, not a literal bath, and the goal is to help people unwind and find a deeper state of relaxation.
 

We offer two types of Sound Baths.  We have regular sound baths available for the public to attend.  We have these at various locations throughout WNY.  Please check our Facebook page for our Sound Bath schedule.

We also offer customizable Sound Baths for clients.  We can bring this immersive experience to you for a private function. These include family or friend gatherings and we have also brought our Sound Baths to corporations as part of employee wellness programs.
